If you’ve ever visited this blog before you probably saw one or many pictures of meat being grilled or smoked or both. When smoking pork I use my special rub. When grilling steak I defer to Doug, the creator of the best steak seasoning around. Paired with an excellent cut from Wallace Farms you would think you were eating a $60 steak.
